Terms of Service
These terms describe how families may use LearnFlow. If you use LearnFlow for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the parent or legal guardian.
Using LearnFlow
LearnFlow is a family learning planning tool. Parents can create child profiles, add school and enrichment tracks, import source material, generate plans, review study feedback, and optionally connect the LearnFlow Companion browser extension.
Parent Responsibility
Parents are responsible for deciding what information to enter, which devices to connect, which learning sites to monitor, and how to use LearnFlow's recommendations with their child. LearnFlow is not a school, tutoring provider, medical provider, or emergency service.
Browser Extension
The extension is intended for parent-managed learning activity tracking on supported educational sites. Do not use it to collect information from accounts or devices that you do not have permission to manage. You can revoke an extension connection from LearnFlow at any time.
AI Features
LearnFlow may use AI to extract curriculum details from source material and help generate learning plans. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Parents should review AI-assisted drafts before relying on them.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LearnFlow to break laws, violate another person's privacy, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or misrepresent your relationship to a child or household.
Availability
LearnFlow is provided as an evolving service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee that generated plans or extension activity summaries will always be available, complete, or error-free.
